PROLIFIQ Announces Winter Release of Sales Enablement Apps

PROLIFIQ today announced it has launched a new PROLIFIQ SUCCESS COMMUNITY, and updated PROLIFIQ CRUSH, PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP and PROLIFIQ ACE on Salesforce AppExchange. The Winter Release enhancements improve sales, marketing and customer success productivity.

Built on the Salesforce Platform, CRUSH, RELATIONSHIP MAP and ACE are currently available on AppExchange.

PROLIFIQ SUCCESS COMMUNITY

The new PROLIFIQ SUCCESS COMMUNITY is powered by Salesforce Experience Cloud to provide customers with an enhanced experience, service and satisfaction. SUCCESS COMMUNITY enables administrations, and sales, customer success and marketing professionals to collaborate, access a range of learning trails via Salesforce Trailhead and sales enablement and product videos, and tap into a robust knowledge base to boost their performance and satisfaction with PROLIFIQ offerings.

PROLIFIQ ACE – Digital Content Management

PROLIFIQ ACE is a digital content companion app that enables sales and customer success reps to serve as trusted customer advisors by delivering marketing content that embraces buyer journeys.

PROLIFIQ works closely with customers to deliver an innovative customer experience with ACE. Sales, customer success and marketing reps find it easier to engage with customers and prospects using ACE Playlists, and Featured and Recommended Content throughout Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including accounts, account plans, contacts and opportunities. ACE Content Advisor has also been enhanced to provide intelligent content recommendations, and ACE Analytics is enabled with new functionality to track content usage in mobile devices.

PROLIFIQ CRUSH – Key Account and Opportunity Management

PROLIFIQ CRUSH is a key account management app that arms sales and customer success teams with valuable account intelligence that enables them to drive more business.

Significant user experience enhancements, Powered by Lightning, are available throughout CRUSH SWOT Analysis, CRUSH Cross-Sell, CRUSH Influence Chart and CRUSH RELATIONSHIP MAP (see below). Customers benefit from a wide range of new capabilities, including smart color coding, highlighting and filtering, summary data snapshots and formulas, advanced zooming, visual drag-and-drop improvements, and intuitive workflow enhancements.

PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP – Relationship Mapping and Influence Charting

PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP enables sales and customer success teams to bring their contacts to life across Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and Quip. Users can quickly identify champions, earmark supporters, flag blockers, and develop actionable insights to drive better decisions.

Customer advisory focus groups have driven enhancements to RELATIONSHIP MAP that enable users to highly personalize their relationship maps with smart color codes, advanced contact groups (local and global), auto and manual layout capabilities, and deeper integration with Salesforce contacts to fine-tune map displays based on user preferences.

The CRUSH Influence Chart, which is bundled with RELATIONSHIP MAP, was also enhanced with design upgrades that enable sales and customer success teams to better understand stakeholders in their key accounts.
