Soft-Tex International Deepens Partnership with Bazaarvoice to Enhance eCommerce

Soft-Tex International, a leading supplier of basic bedding and home comfort products, is pleased to announce a 2 year agreement with Bazaarvoice for solutions to collect customer reviews through product sampling and distribute this content to key retail partners.

This agreement will significantly enhance Soft-Tex’s eCommerce product pages under its national brands like SensorGel, SensorPEDIC, BioPEDIC, SwissLux, and more through the addition of fresh, authentic review content from the Bazaarvoice TryIt Sampling community. In addition, Soft-Tex will now have the ability to respond directly to customer reviews on retail websites.
