SurveyMonkey Promotes Customer Success and Sales Leaders to SVP Roles

SurveyMonkey, a global leader in online surveys and forms, has announced the promotions of two executives: Sabrina Leblanc is senior vice president, customer success; and Tom Murdock is senior vice president, global sales. With these new appointments, the company continues to demonstrate its commitment to gender equality at both the C-suite and vice president levels—an exceptional milestone in the technology sector that highlights the company’s enduring dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Leblanc joins a bench of women leaders at SurveyMonkey that includes Becky Cantieri, CPO; Robin Ducot, CTO; Katie Miserany, SVP chief communications officer and chief of staff; and Michelle Leung, senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary.

“Sabrina and Tom are proven leaders with the experience and expertise needed to help customers across the globe,” said Eric Johnson, CEO of SurveyMonkey. “They both exemplify our inclusive, innovative culture and are deeply committed to delivering an outstanding experience through every stage of the customer journey.”

These promotions follow several product releases inspired by growing customer demand and coincide with notable industry recognitions. This past spring, the company’s powerful forms solution secured the number one spot on the Enterprise Grid® Report for Online Form Builders from G2, the world’s largest and most trusted software marketplace, affirming a standout and trusted product and user experience.

The company was also awarded multiple top recognitions on the Inspiring Workplace Group’s 2024 list of top-performing organizations and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by Newsweek, further demonstrating its commitment to workplace equality.
