CreatorDB Secures Oversubscribed $4.7M Series A

CreatorDB, the company building the vertical AI infrastructure for the influencer marketing ecosystem, today announced it has closed an oversubscribed $4.67 million Series A funding round. The round, exceeding its initial $4 million target, was led by Acorn Pacific Ventures, which specializes in cross-border technology investments, with participation from global manufacturing leader Pegatron, Meimaii Technology, AVA Ventures, and the National Development Fund.

The new funding will accelerate CreatorDB’s mission to bring data-driven intelligence and scalability to the rapidly expanding global creator economy. The company will use the funds to strengthen its proprietary AI capabilities and database, launch its self-serve SaaS platform, grow its US operations, and further support brands and agencies as they manage complex international markets.

CreatorDB has demonstrated significant market traction and capital efficiency after being bootstrapped and achieving profitability within 17 months of operation. The company delivered an average Net Dollar Retention rate of 115% over the past two years, indicating strong customer value and expansion.

“The creator economy is reshaping how brands connect with consumers globally, but it requires sophisticated data infrastructure to navigate effectively,” said Clayton Jacobs, Founder & CEO of CreatorDB. “This funding validates the critical need for our vertical AI platform and recognizes our team’s ability to execute and deliver tangible ROI for our partners. We’re thrilled to partner with Acorn Pacific and our other investors as we scale our technology and empower the next generation of creator-driven commerce worldwide.”

CreatorDB powers creator-led growth initiatives for a diverse roster of global leaders, including Notion, AirAsia, 7-Eleven, Raid Shadow, Surfshark, Emma, AMD (for Acer), Wargaming, Gamania, Karat, Displate, and Worldcoin. Building on its initial success in Asia, CreatorDB recently launched its US operations, establishing a Los Angeles office led by seasoned tech executive Daniel Shi, formerly of Remitly, Tencent, and Amex Ventures.

“When we partner with a company, we look for real impact, and CreatorDB has delivered,” said June Morita, Head of APAC at Perplexity. “They have been instrumental in helping us navigate the complexities of the Creator Economy, providing the data we need to make smarter, more effective marketing decisions. We’re confident that this investment will help them continue to be a leader in the space.”

“CreatorDB is positioned to be the leading source of intelligence for the global creator economy,” said Howard Chau, Partner at Acorn Pacific Ventures. “Their AI provides industry-leading insights that serve a rapidly growing demand, and their team’s efficient use of capital highlights their deep market understanding across Asia and the West. We look forward to partnering with them as they continue to grow.”
