ContactEngine wins Gold at 2019 Golden Bridge Awards® for CS

ContactEngine received the award following its successful work with Verizon on improving the customer experience for wireline customers needing installations and repairs.

ContactEngine, the conversational AI technology used by large corporations across industries to automate customer communications, was named “Gold Winner” in the category of “Customer Service Outstanding Performance of the Year” at this year’s Golden Bridge Awards®.

ContactEngine received the award following its successful work with Verizon on improving the customer experience for wireline customers needing installations and repairs. The technology enables Verizon customers to interact with the business in the language and communication channel of their choice, with the ability to cancel or reschedule appointments easily and efficiently. ContactEngine conversations are fully automated with Natural Language Understanding to accurately interpret customer responses.
