iFrog Marketing Solutions announced the advancement of Brent Durham from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to President and COO on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at the marketing agency’s headquarters on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Durham, who — along with Dave Wilson Sr. — is also the Co-Founder of the company originally formed in 2015 as iFrog Digital Marketing, has been operating within the automotive industry for 14 years. He began executing digital marketing strategy for the Preston Automotive Group in 2009 as the Internet Marketing Manager and served two separate stints as the Internet Director leading up to the opening of iFrog Digital Marketing. The company rebranded in 2020 and became iFrog Marketing Solutions.

“We have transformed over the years to really position ourselves at the top of the digital marketing community in the automotive industry,” said Durham. “We look to further our capabilities and continually serve our clients.”

Durham’s expanded roles and responsibilities now include the execution of strategies developed by the top management team, leading iFrog in providing world-class service to existing and future clients, creating new products and offerings, and growing the company’s top-line revenue while driving continued success in the automotive industry.

Durham also highlighted the importance of “Kaizen,” a Japanese business philosophy in which he has been entrenched long before the formation of iFrog.

“Kaizen is back in a big way,” said Durham. “It’s a philosophy that is one of my foundational beliefs, and I plan to increase my focus on change for the better and continuous improvement, which are hallmarks of Kaizen.”
