CHICAGO – Wednesday, August 12 – Mediafly, a provider of sales enablement technology, content management and advisory services that create interactive, value-based selling experiences, announced today that it has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for its sixth consecutive year, ranking 3524, and Crain’s Chicago Best Places to Work for its third consecutive year, ranking 77 in all of Chicago.
“Without our ‘Flyers,’ we would not be the Mediafly we are today,” said Carson Conant, CEO and founder, Mediafly. “To receive recognition from both Inc. and Crain’s Chicago multiple years in a row is a true testament to the type of individuals we hire and the quality of work we produce on a regular basis. Being able to grow as a team no matter the situation is what makes me proud to lead this company. We must take a moment to celebrate and recognize our success, applauding the entire organization for their hard work and dedication.”
Known as the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, Inc. 5000 ranks companies based on three-year revenue growth rates. The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved a three-year average growth of 500%, and a median rate of 165%.
In addition to being recognized as one of Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies, Mediafly was also named as one of Crain’s Best Place to Work in Chicago for the third year in a row. The sales enablement provider was recognized for its generous employee benefits, including 401(k) match, tuition assistance, sabbaticals, competitive compensation, paid parental leave and flexibility to work from home.
“Our employees, especially during this time, are a top priority for us,” said John Evarts, President and COO, Mediafly. “Ensuring our team has the tools they need for success, but also has the mentors, benefits and other resources needed to excel inside and outside of the office is critical to us. Recognition as one of the Best Places to Work for the third straight year is the highest compliment that a leader and management team can receive. Our goal is to continue to build a great place to work, wherever we are working. If we create an excellent environment and recruit, develop and retain stunning Flyers, we are confident that more success will follow.”
To determine the top 100 companies from the nearly 200 applicants, Crain’s Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm, to determine which companies exceeded in prioritizing employees and creating quality workplaces. Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago consisted of a two-part survey, including an employee questionnaire to gain insights into the company’s benefits, policies, practices, and more, as well as a confidential 78-question employee survey used to evaluate local employees’ workplace experience and culture.
