SHOPLINE Boosts Global Logistics with Alloy Automation Integrations

As part of its mission to enable seamless commerce operations for merchants, SHOPLINE has partnered with Alloy Automation to launch a series of new integrations, starting with ShipStation, to streamline global fulfillment.

With Alloy’s global embedded iPaaS platform, SHOPLINE merchants can now automatically sync order and fulfillment data between SHOPLINE and ShipStation in real time. This automation eliminates repetitive, manual tasks like generating shipping labels, updating order statuses, and notifying customers, saving merchants over 1,500 hours annually, or approximately $40,000 in labor costs.

“Building integrations is a time-consuming task. With Alloy Automation, we were able to launch ShipStation significantly faster than if we had to do it in house,” said Hani Shabsign, Head of Product, US at SHOPLINE. “This real-time order sync reduces the engineering effort on our side while delivering tremendous value to our merchants.”

With Alloy Automation’s library of hundreds of prebuilt connectors, SHOPLINE can now launch new integrations in hours, not weeks. SHOPLINE merchants can expect to see their most requested integrations added to the SHOPLINE app marketplace over the coming weeks.

“We’re thrilled to support SHOPLINE in rapidly expanding their integration ecosystem,” said Gregg Mojica, CEO and co-founder of Alloy Automation. “Today’s merchants rely on a connected stack of tools. By partnering with Alloy, SHOPLINE can deliver those connections at scale and give merchants the seamless workflows they expect.”

“This partnership gives us the flexibility to cater to merchants of all business models and industries with the stack that’s tailored to their needs,” said Christopher Yang, Co-President of SHOPLINE. “At the same time, Alloy Automation empowers our engineering teams to move faster, expand our ecosystem more efficiently, and deliver innovations at scale—ensuring we can support merchants with the right tools at the right time.”

With this partnership, SHOPLINE is laying the groundwork to deliver integrations faster than ever, ensuring merchants can stay ahead in an increasingly complex digital commerce environment.

“SHOPLINE’s merchants have a wide range of requirements for their toolkit. Even with our mature global partner ecosystem, it’s nearly impossible to cover everything,” said Jared Poole, Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture at SHOPLINE. “Alloy Automation gave my team the confidence to say, if a tool has a public API (OAS), we can connect to it—simple as that.”

The ShipStation integration is now live and available to SHOPLINE users via the app marketplace.
