Sitel Group Wins Silver Award for People-Centric Response to COVID-19

Sitel Group®, one of the largest global providers of customer experience (CX) products and solutions, today announced that it has been presented with a Silver Stevie® Award in the people-centric response to COVID-19 category for the 16th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

Sitel Group brings people, data and technology together to deliver the best experiences for customers. This award recognizes the company’s swift response in reducing the impacts of the pandemic felt by employees, customers and wider community members. This includes shifting employees to a home working set up in just 45 days.
