Vision Critical Welcomes Nicole Kealey as Chief Strategy Officer

Kealey is third SaaS veteran to join the company’s new CXM-focused executive team

Vision Critical, a cloud-based CXM (customer experience management) SaaS company that specializes in gathering and applying the hardest-to-reach customer experience data, today announced the appointment of Nicole Kealey to the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) martech news. Kealey joins fellow SaaS veterans Ross Wainwright, CEO and Riaz Raihan, President of Products, to round out the company’s new executive leadership team to propel Vision Critical as a leading next-generation CXM company.

As CSO, Kealey will drive the company’s overall strategy while assisting Wainwright in developing, communicating and executing strategic corporate initiatives. She is responsible for ensuring the company’s strategy is implemented and communicated to all internal and external audiences.

Prior to Vision Critical, Kealey spent eight years at SAP. Her most recent position was Global Vice President Intelligent Enterprise and Industry Marketing, where she led the marketing teams responsible for driving portfolio messages across each of SAP’s 25 industries.

Kealey was with Adobe for 13 years before joining SAP in 2012. There she held a variety of senior roles across Developer Marketing, Industry Marketing and Product Marketing. Nicole’s experience spans a number of software segments, including CXM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Data Management & Analytics and Content Management (CM).

With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, Kealey has extensive global experience in strategy development, integrated marketing and solution management.
