Hightouch Expands in ANZ with Appointment of Aidan Lynch as Country Manager

Hightouch, the leader in data and AI for marketing, today announced the expansion of its Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) operations with the appointment of Aidan Lynch as Country Manager. The move reflects increased investment in the region following sustained organic growth and rising demand from APJ organisations modernising their marketing and data infrastructure.

Building on Regional Momentum

With Lynch’s appointment, Hightouch is strengthening its local presence to support organisations activating customer data across marketing, sales, and customer engagement use cases. The company’s expansion underscores the growing demand for agentic, warehouse-native, marketing technology that enable teams to move faster without replicating data or adding operational overhead.

Under Lynch’s leadership, Hightouch will deepen regional engagement, providing on-the-ground support to help enterprises activate governed data across their existing tech stacks.

Advancing the Modern Data Stack

Hightouch enables organisations to unlock the full value of their existing data infrastructure by activating customer data directly from cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks. Its composable approach allows teams to delegate to agents, build audiences, orchestrate journeys, and automate workflows without duplicating data into separate systems.

“What attracted me to Hightouch was its founder-led culture and sustained pace of innovation,” said Aidan Lynch, Country Manager, ANZ. “The platform was built on a strong data foundation and has continued to evolve towards agentic marketing, embedding AI directly into governed marketing workflows. That approach resonates strongly with organisations looking to personalise at scale while maintaining control over their data.”

Recognised as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™

The expansion of the ANZ team follows Hightouch’s recent recognition as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms. For Hightouch, the recognition marks its first inclusion in the Magic Quadrant and reflects the continued evolution of the CDP market towards composable, warehouse-native architectures and AI-powered activation.

“This recognition reflects how modern marketing teams are operating,” Lynch added. “Organisations want to activate their complete data, move faster without replication, and use AI to continuously improve performance. We are seeing that shift accelerate across ANZ.”

Local Leadership, Global Platform

Lynch’s appointment strengthens Hightouch’s ability to combine global product innovation with local market expertise. As organisations across ANZ modernise their data infrastructure, Hightouch’s Agentic Marketing Platform enables teams to activate data across marketing, orchestration, and content workflows while maintaining governance and brand integrity.
