Jasmine Panayotov is the Managing Partner of Proceed Innovative, a digital marketing agency based out of Schaumburg, IL. She recently was awarded the Influential Women in Business Award from the Daily Herald Business Ledger. Women who are nominated for this award must have a large role within their business and give back to their employees and communities. They can be nominated by their employees, management within their company, and their clients or customers. The recipients of the award are chosen by a committee consisting of staff of the Daily Herald Business Ledger and Daily Herald Media Group. The committee chooses award winners based on their personal knowledge of the nominees as well as additional materials and information that may be submitted regarding the nominees. The additional information the committee may consider includes resumes, biographies, personal and business achievements, career challenges, previous awards and achievements, and involvement in the community.
The award winners were recently honored at a luncheon reception hosted by the Daily Herald Business Ledger and each winner was called up to the podium to receive their award. The award winners are also profiled in a special section of the Daily Herald Business Ledger. Each of the honorees were given a minute to speak when receiving their award. Jasmine was sure to thank all those who have helped her throughout her professional life, “For those who have touched my life in any way since I started my business, I am truly grateful for all you have done. I will keep paying it forward.”
