Measure Protocol Grows Team to Boost AI-Powered Consumer Insights

Measure Protocol, the consumer intelligence company, has today announced four new hires with Sophie Rowell appointed to the newly created role of Operations Manager, and Stephanie Wong taking on the role of Community Manager. Sathursan Uthayakum also joins as Data Analyst and Simas Sliacinas as Data Engineer. The appointments come as the company seeks to scale its offering across the UK, US and India.

In her new role at Measure Protocol, Rowell is tasked with ensuring the seamless execution of data collection initiatives, delivering high-quality behavioural data to our clients. She brings almost five years programme and project management experience in the data and research industries to Measure Protocol, joining from Ipsos where she was Senior Programme Manager and before that she was a project manager at Indiefield.

Wong will build relationships with members across all three markets who contribute to Measure Protocol’s data via its MSR apps and services. Her role will also see her work with members on new initiatives and data collection, understanding retention and continued engagement.  She will report to Louis Godfrey, Head of Growth Marketing. Previously Wong was a Digital Content Creator at Dunster House.

In their new roles, Uthayakum and Sliacinas will accelerate Measure’s use of AI and large language models (LLMs) to transform the company’s unparalleled 100% accurate consumer behavioral datasets into sharper insights and trends for brands. “High-quality training data is the foundation of meaningful AI,” said Paul Neto, Chief Data Officer and Co-Founder. “Measure sits at a unique intersection as we are actively collecting AI prompt data from our community but also leveraging how we work across LLMs to turn these raw behaviors into intelligence that brands can’t find anywhere else.”

Uthayakum will report to Neto, focusing on data analysis and insight development, while Sliacinas will report to Neil Mehta, Head of Engineering, enhancing Measure’s AI-powered data infrastructure.

Paul Neto, Co-Founder of Measure Protocol commented on how these hires support the company’s growth strategy: “I’m delighted to welcome Sophie, Stephanie, Sath and Simas onto the team. Measure Protocol’s behavioural data has grown in demand as clients look to uncover new ways to leverage it to find their competitive advantage, making the experience of these new hires crucial in our expansion strategy.
