TrueNorth Welcomes Manisha Nair as Head of Customer Success

Manisha brings over 20 years of experience in data management consulting, product management, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented growth strategies for a number of technology startups and has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams including strategic planning, business development, process improvement, change management, and designing and developing data-driven solutions. Manisha has partnered with clients across multiple territories and industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Publishing, Media, Manufacturing and Healthcare. In her new role at TrueNorth, she will lead TrueNorth’s customer engagement and retention strategy with a focus on increasing quality and understanding client goals to deliver optimal value throughout their customer journey with TrueNorth.
